only 2 usb ports of Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3

Hi there,

I recently bought GA-78LMT-USB3 motherboard. My desktop works great but only 2 usb ports of the motherboard are working.

Since i'm using usb keyboard and usb mouse. Both the usb ports are already occupied which leaves me with no port to use pen drives.

Please help !!

Hi there,

If you have just brought the motherboard then you should be entitled to get a new one free of charge

If your unable to do that then you can either get a USB hub which will give a ton more USB ports or just use the front USB slots

(It is unacceptable to buy a motherboard with broken parts and you should be entitled to a full refund)
