I have an NT-H1 thermal paste and I used it all on a single CPU.

Is this bad?
In their website it is written for 15 applications..

How much did you apply? It only needs about the equivalent of a grain of rice, maybe a little more.

I've applied everything that's in the tube...
In their website it says that the tube volume is 1.4ml ...

If it was a full-sized tube, yes.

Thankfully, other than wasting money, the worst that will probably happen is sub-optimal temperatures. That stuff is not electrically conductive.

That's way too much. When it comes to thermal paste, less is more. The thermal paste is only there to fill the tiny pockets of air between the CPU and the cooler. It transfers heat much better than air, but much worse than metal. So too much thermal paste is almost as bad as no thermal paste.

Calculatron, bouncedk and Sakkura thank you all! :)

All of your answers helped, but Calculatron's answer has been chosen because he was first.
I wish I could choose all of your answers!
