  3. I have a intel i5-3570 and it's not over clocked. I don't want to be maxing my psu out everytime I boot up.
  4. You should be able to, you have enough amps on your 12v rail and enough wattage, but you would be cutting it close, especially with the superclocked cards. I also can't tell if it has enough connectors (you need 2x6 pin and 2x8 pin)
