This is the first time I am putting together my own computer. I have been doing a lot of research for each part I have chosen to use. But I really want some expert insight to make sure it will do what I need it to before I spend over a $1000!

Any thoughts are appreciated!

The purpose is day-to-day Microsoft office work, light video editing, online surfing (able to handle multiple browser including Netflix), and gaming. Budget: $1000 - $1300

Solution
you dont need any aftermarket cooling solutions for your cpu because you cant overclock. unless you want it to look cool. i would rather buy a i5-3570k and a hyper 212 evo so you can overclock

What are the main advantages of the i5-3570K over the i5-3350P?

I didn't realize I could not overclock with this build (what makes the difference to allow it to do so?). I would really like for it to be able to be really quiet and cool (temperature-wise). I have really mostly used laptops and really tired of the noise and heat.

For build something like this.
