yes. but a h80i would do just as good.
also the ammount u can overclock varies from chip to chip. its like the lottery somethimes u win small and somethimes big

Agree it is a very good CPU. I have a i5 3570K on a XSPC 750 EX360 water cooler with 16gig DDR3 1600 and a SLI GTX 670 and it plays all games very well.
I would agree with the above you should get a good after market CPU cooler if you already do not have one. The CPU is a very good for gaming but the stock cooler can get loud when running at 100%.
