well for 200$ id get the 4770k as it offers hyper-threading and would help in multi-tasking. and future games.

I already have an i7 for personal use--- I sell computers on craigslist and ebay-- what do you think is better for making profit-- or will make the most money for a charity of my choice?

You are missing the point. He is looking to make a profit. The FX-8350 may still be cheaper but he can't mark the price up by $150 as that CPU just isn't worth $350 like the 4770K is currently priced at.
