Best 240mm Closed Loop Liquid Cooler

As the title says, I am looking for the best 240mm Closed Loop Liquid Cooler for an FX 8350 under $150.

Currently I am looking at the Corsair H100i, but I have heard that it is very loud, so I am unsure as to whether it is the right choice because of this.

All suggestions will be appreciated and thanks in advance,

Turning down the fans should fix loudness issues for the H100i. If you are in a place that Swiftech H220 coolers has not been banned, that is also another more quiet option.

I can not speak for all users, but my H80i(similar if not identical pump to the h100i)pump is silent, while my Asetek pump is not as quiet(but again some users report quiet pumps).

Will changing the fans on the H100i help? If so, could you recommend some that don't look ugly?

I would first try to use the corsair link software or motherboard(depending on how you want to connect the fans) to turn down the fan speeds. Even at lower speeds they do have a slight ticking sound, but depending on how close you are it may not be too bad.

If all else fails, those corsair fans listed above seem to get good reviews and are not overly expensive in the 2 packs.

I would go with the Corsair Air Series SP120 Quiet Edition. I especially like the changeable mod-rings and because they're from corsair, they support the corsair link system, so you can monitor them all the time, to be sure, your cpu is cooled well.
