To Worry! is that Motherboard or PSU fault!?

I just brought a new Motherboard and Amd and Ram. was plug in everything great at later 2 hr later i press turn on power on and Screen wont show up and everything where fans still on, I did reset CMOS and nothing happen and start heard Clicking 2 time a few sec and agian when i plug in 4 pin on motherboard was test unplg and plug back in everything and which make nose Clicking come from the PSU.. Its 550 Watt TruePower Trio.

what i got new:
Motherboard: Foxconn A78AX 3.0
Ram: PNY 1333mhz 4gb 1 stick
Socket: AMD Sempron Processor 2,8Ghz

since i have some move in new motherboard

Power Supply: 550 Watt TruePower Trio.
Video Card: EVAN GTX550 TI 1gb
Harddrive

Probably the Power Supply.

If your graphics card uses no more than a single 6-pin connector then the Antec VP450 is a good, inexpensive PCU (about $40).

Well i have only Graphics card plug in 6-pins and its still running.. so it is Power Supply for sure? is any there limit watt support for motherboard i was thinking about to get 600watt from in bestbuy ofc with 6pin n 4pin and somehow plug power in

Well.. Figure out it's my new motherboard.. Not psu problem I went to shop n new motherboard it's went super smooth run it's does perfect work still keep psu thank god!
