Hi

I got an intel 3770K, even-though I increased the vCore to 1.395v with my Asus Maximus V Formula motherboard, the CPU cant stay stable to run prime95. It system crashes about 5 mins,

Please help to analysis why, I am thinking I got a "bad" CPU?

My system configuration is:
Intel 3770K CPU
Asus Maximus V formula BIOS 1903
Corsair Vengeance 2 x 4GB CL9 DDR3
Asus GTX770 2-way SLI with latest driver and latest vBIOS
Corsair RM 850 W PSU
Windows 8.1 Pro
Corsair H100i water CPU cooler

Thanks !

Hi Andychang.
I'll need a little more information before I can help. Can you list me you complete system specifications please including GPU and your power supply?
Can you also tell me what speed you have overclocked to?
Don't jump to conclusions that you have a bad CPU:)
