Hey guys, Which psu should i get?

Corsair CX-500M Modular ATX Power Supply,80 PLUS Bronze
or...
Antec 520W High Current Gamer PSU Modular Extreme

They are exactly the same price at the shop i buy at.

I know they aren't exact but they talk about build quality which is basically what it comes down to if both are about the same size and modular.

Definitely the Antec one. It's made by Seasonic one of the best psu makers, has better capacitors

Corsair CX series is like the second worst series of Corsair

The corsair has something like around 55-60 amps on the 12v rail while antec has a 39 amp. What does this mean?

No.
The corsair CX500M (75-002017 / CP-9020059) has 38A on +12V rail
The Antec HCG-520M has 40A on +12V rail
Higher is better

The Antec HCG is higher quality by a fair margin compared to the CX lineup from corsair.
