Cougar RS-650W can handle this gaming build??

Hello there, I would like to ask :).

this is my question: Can Cougar RS-650W can handle this Gaming Build or not??

this is the components:

MotherBoard:ASRock H77 Pro4/MVP Motherboard
Processor:Intel i5-3570
Graphics Card:MSI GTX 660Ti Twin Frozr IV 2GB PE OC
Ram:Gskill Ripjawsx 4gbx2 1600 Mhz
HDD:Toshiba 1TB 7200RPM 3.5 SATA
SDD:Kingston SSDNOW 200V+ 120gb
Cpu Cooler:Cooler Master Hyper 212X
ODD:Samsung 22x SH-S223 SATA
PSU:Cougar RS-650W
Chassis:Aerocool V3X Advance Green Edition

others:
80mm Fan (rear)
120mm Fan (front)
2x 120mm Fan (side)

now i want to know if this rig can handle by a Cougar rs 650w PSU even in full load??

Your power supply may work fine, and you probably won't exceed 300Watts though I didn't crunch the numbers.

I just wanted to add that this PSU was tested and it blew up at 600W. No, you won't ever load it that much however the protection circuitry SHOULD have kicked in and didn't so I consider this a dangerous PSU as that's the kind of thing that can burn down your house. I'm not exaggerating.

PSU blows up (not very dramatic. A noise at almost the end).
