Hello there. Im about to use my 500gb Internal hard disk to transfer some files from one computer to another. (because i do not have external hdd). My doubt is, when a system gets plugged with a new devise (especially hdd) it will ask to format right. so after copying files from that system, what if the other system asks to format the drive to continue using it? ill loose all the copied data while formatting.
Please clarify this doubt. Thank you all.

No, if you connect the drive as a second HDD to another system, it will not ask you to format. When the copying is done and you will plug the HDD into its original system, it wont ask you to format also. So go ahead with no fear.

But keep in mind you must plug the HDD as a second HDD on another system. Good luck.
