BugCheck D1, {28, 2, 0, fffff80000c1a43f}
DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (d1)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If kernel debugger is available get stack backtrace.
Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000028, memory referenced
Arg2: 0000000000000002, IRQL
Arg3: 0000000000000000, value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
Arg4: fffff80000c1a43f, address which referenced memory

new intel drivers for card were relesase 12/27/2013 give them a shot:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?DwnldID=22283
Your core files for the OS looked ok (not corrupted in memory)
the debug info indicated a bad memory location was used. This can be a driver bug or caused by memory corruption by another driver.
If it is a memory corruption, you should get different bugchecks when different drivers shared memory is corrupted. Only some of the drivers actually check for corruption. (not all drivers actually check for corruption and call a bugcheck, they just don't work correctly and the system hobbles along until it is rebooted)
well there are other things to look for but the most direct cause of the failure would be a ethernet driver bug.

if the intel ethernet driver does not fix the issue i would start by uninistalling each of these products/drivers and see if the issue goes away.

if you find the cause of the problem, you then just look for a driver update.
There is no indication of a firewall installed that would cause this bugcheck.
(my bet is on the acronis software as your root problem, but it is just a guess)
