Both made by the best SEASONIC.

Go with a higher W supply. I suspect you'll be overclocking the 8320. No reason to cut it close. It sucks to have to disassemble to change out the supply if you end up adding more components. The PS should be one of those pieces you can reuse in another build which may be more power hungry than your current build.

I don't plan to upgrade it for some years and I'm just going to overclock the 8320 to 4ghz. Well as long as the XFX 650W PS gives enough power I will probably stick to it but if it's better to get a bigger PS then I believe 750W are enough. So now what should I buy a 750W or a 650W PS???

I'll probably crossfire with another r9 280x in the future. I was thinking of an OCZ Fatal1ty 750W. Is it good enough?

In that case is an Antec Signature 850W good?

850w is more like it. That ought to be enough for nearly any build. The 8320 @ 4ghz draws a lot of juice under load and if you crossfire at some point you'll need the headroom. I had a 600w PS with my 8320 and it was limiting my OC's, although I do run a lot of HDs, 2 vid cards and few tuner cards.
