Hey guys, i recently built a PC and and ive been noticing some alarming readings from core temp for my CPU. On idol or simply moving around the desktop, core temp. says my CPU is running at 10-15 degrees Celsius. When i check my bios, the temperature of my CPU is at 30 degrees Celsius. There is definitely a large difference between the two, and i was wondering if you guys could help me out by identifying the issue. Could my CPU be seated wrong, bad thermal paste application, or just bad censors? Id really like to monitor my CPU temps, and its hard to get an accurate reading at this point. These are the components to my build:

ASUS M5A99X EVO R2.0 MOBO

AMD FX-6300 Vishera 3.5GHz (4.1GHz Turbo) Socket AM3+

Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO - CPU Cooler with 120 mm PWM Fan

Just a false reading. Try different temperature monitoring software.

I forgot to add that in AMD Overdrive, the same readings of temperature are showing as those in Core Temp. Does that change anything?
