I have a Seegate (SV 35) 2 Tb Hard Drive.
It is spinning and sounds good.
Can not Boot it Up nor read it externally.
When Booting up with my Windows Vista Home Premium Disc
I reach the stage where there is no where to click on.
(Just Blank, no sectors is it) Booting can not proceed..
Any suggestions?
