Change to 1600mhz RAM

Everything else looks fine. You could change to an fx-6300 and am3+ motherboard if your budget allows.

Also, drop the cooler because you won't be overclocking on that motherboard. The power phases just aren't there.

At this budget you should not compromise on anything as it will greatly impact performance.
If you want to overclock you will need a 970 chipset board for the fx6300, but you can go with a 760 or 880 chipset if you don't really care about it.

Nice build. Go for 1600mhz ram at least or you can oc that 1333mhz g.skill to 1600mhz with a -1,+1+1+2 higher timings.

No, you don't need to overclock to play any game. It is a hobby, not a necessity.

The 750k CPU WILL hold you back a bit in BF4. I strongly recommend a 6300 if that is your game of choice.

ALL of those are CPU intensive games. You really want an fx6300.

Very good capabilities.You should run every game on nice graphics without any lag.

No, the games he wants to play are very CPU intensive and the 750k, with its lack of L3 cache, will struggle.

The L3 cache is IMPORTANT for games.

Probably not ultra at 60fps, but you should be able to comfortably play at high locked at 60fps at 1080p. Possibly a mix of high and max.
