Being a first time builder, I am little nervous. I want to build one so I know how they are put together and how to upgrade at my convenience in the future, rather than just buying a whole new computer.

Will the following parts result in a stable build? Also will all parts fit inside of case?

Everything is great. I would change the CPU to an i5 4670k unless you are doing heavy encoding or 3d renderings.

Same with RAM get 8gb unless video encoding.
