I would just like to ask which is better for me . .

BUILD #1

Processor:
AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core

Motherboard:
MSI 990FXA-GD65

Memory:
GSKILL RIPJAWSX 4GBX2 1600MHZ

Storage:
WESTERN DIGITAL 1TB BLUE 3.5" SATA

Graphics Card:
POWERCOLOR HD7770 1GB

Case:
Corsair 200r
CORSAIR CARBIDE 400R
Either 1 of this cases.

Power Supply
ANTEC VP550P 550W

BUILD #2

Processor:
AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core

Motherboard:
MSI 880GMS-E41 (FX)

Memory:
GSKILL RIPJAWSX 4GBX2 1600MHZ

Storage:
WESTERN DIGITAL 1TB BLUE 3.5" SATA

Graphics Card:
POWERCOLOR HD7850 2GB GDDR5 256BIT

Case:
Corsair 200r
CORSAIR CARBIDE 400R
Either 1 of this cases.

Power Supply
ANTEC VP550P 550W

BUILD #2 Has cheaper board but much better graphics card. Im just wondering if the board could handle this kind of build? or is it much better on my BUILD #1? Im also not planning on OC etc. im just planning to use this processor as it is. .

I hope those experts around here could give me the best advice on my build .. THANK YOU GUYS IN ADVANCE, GOD BLESS!

I would go for the 2nd build because of the GPU. Also , if i were you , i would go for a better power supply. Like a 750w.

Ohh... so 550W would not be good for this option? even if its only 1 graphics card?

Well it should be fine , but you will be more future proofed with a higher wattage psu. Maybe you need to upgrade the graphics card in the future.
