Geforce GTX 660 - requires 24 Ampere on +12V Rail and a 500W PSU minimum. And single 6-pin PCI Express power connector.

So you will need this PSU:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

Power Supply: XFX 550W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($25.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $25.99
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)
(Generated by PCPartPicker 2013-11-24 14:35 EST-0500)

Other than that all components are fine and compatible and will work flawlessly.

Measured power consumption for GTX 660

1.System in IDLE = 132 W
2.System Wattage with GPU in FULL Stress = 230 W
3.Difference (GPU load) = 98 W
4.Add average IDLE wattage ~10 W
5.Subjective obtained GPU power consumption = ~ 108 Watts

So the full system can ran on a 400W PSU also, so why are you bothered about 450 or 500W PSU. Get a 400W PSU. And the GPU actually requires 250W in full load.
