Reusing old hard drive for new build

Hi guys, i finally tot eine with building my PC, but New when i Boot the PC' Windows starts for a sec then there is an error and Athen it seines me to'the starting help, but even hat couldnt fix my issue please help.

did you just take the hard drive from your old pc and build a new one with it? You probably have to reinstall windows, most of the time putting a harddrive from one set of hardware into a pc with a new different set of hardware doesn't work as the drivers are different.
