I'm getting bad_pool_caller and my computer is crashing every few minutes now. It started about a week ago but wasn't as bad as it is now. any ideas? I would upload the minidump but I'm not sure how to attach items.

EDIT: I've realized how many people are having this problem so I thought I'd add some specs:
Windows 8.1, ASUS Maximus V Gene, NVIDIA 660

Solution
I called Microsoft last night and during their various troubleshooting methods they attempted the same thing. The issue with Windows Update is not solved. For the purpose of helping anyone else who may have the same problem, two programs who triggered the BSOD were Kaspersky Anti-Virus and NetLimiter (use WhoCrashed to determine what caused BSOD). I have removed both of them and so far, no crash.

Regardless, I plan to do a system refresh by reinstalling the OS and all my programs tomorrow to eliminate any possible residuals and clean up my machine in general.

I tried disabling driver verifier.

Still having the same issue. I rebooted and was using the computer for less than five minutes before chrome froze. I could go through the start menu but clicking on any icons would do nothing. I did a hard reboot and it crashed on the login screen a few minutes later.

EDIT: I'm not extremely familiar with the Event Viewer in Windows but it's throwing all sorts of Kernel-Event Tracing, DNS Client Event, and LoadPerf errors. I discovered this when I tried to run windows update and it failed due to the following error: "WindowsUpdate_80244FFF"

If the windows update failed try this to correct it: If Windows Update is failing, especially if the Win8 install was an Upgrade from a prior Windows OS, do the following:

Command Prompt, Run as Admin

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

Hit ENTER

After that finishes...

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Hit ENTER

Reboot & retry Windows Update

And also check your RAM using memtest86+
