I currently have a fx 6100 and I am think about getting a fx 8350 but i defiantly want to overclock and I am not sure what heat sink to get here is what I narrowed it down too

Buy Cooler master evo 212 CPU cooler it will give you a speed of 4.4GHz stable.

I have to agree with Arnav. The hyper 212 evo dropped my i5's temps 30* C. Best bang for your buck if your case can fit it. Also get some arctic silver 5 thermal paste

You are right ARTIC SILVER 5 THEMAL PASTE would be good! :D
