I have a wdc wd30ezrx-00dc0b0 3TB I guess it's SATA Drive that only shows the device but no volume on it and how do I resolve this issue or is it because I have another SATA Drive connected?

Solution
If it's a new hard drive, it comes from the factory unpartitioned (no volumes on it). You have to partition the drive yourself. Assuming Windows is already installed on a different drive:
Control Panel > Admin Tools > Computer Management > Disk Management

Right-click on the unallocated space on the relevant drive and click "Create new simple volume".

Then right-click on the new volume and choose "Format".
