I use an HP P7-1414 and want to upgrade my Graphics card from the integrated one. I have been looking at these 2 cards and want to know if they will work with my PC and if they are good for gaming (at least better than my integrated card)

Card 1: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Card 2: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

EDIT: Changed the second card.

My budget is 170 USD. I found this card and people are saying that it can run Battlefield 4 on ultra at 60 fps. Think its a good card? I only have a 300 watt power supply and this reccomends a 350 watt. Will it still work without problems? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

It is now between these 2 cards

1. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
2. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

And this graphic card

I'm sorry but it surely can't even run bf4.
Get this card.I'm sorry but I overbudgeted but it will surely run games for 2-4 years.

I have been getting that card reccomended a lot. My issue is that replacing the PSU on this PC is going to be a pain. I will look into it though. Out of the 2 cards I mentioned though. (sparkle and zotac) which one is better? and Would the zotac have issues being on a system with 50 watts less than the reccomended build.

Yep. You can have issues anytime with it. And off course the zotac one is better as it is gt 640.

I would recommend the same series (GT 640) but the msi instead. Cause the DDR5 versions can deal with the 300w's.
However I strongly recommend buying a new psu.
