So i just bought all the parts i needed, opinions and suggestions on what can i do to improve it going forward would be appreciated ( OC the CPU and Add more RAM in 2014 perhaps? )

MOBO: Z87 G45 Gaming MSI
CPU: Intel i5 4670k
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8gb (2x4gb) 1600mhz
Cooler: Noctua NH-U14S
PSU: Seasonic X Series 760W
Case: Cooler Master HAF XB
GPU: GTX 780

Extras: 1x 120mm Noctua case Fan / 2x 80mm Noctua Case fans

and i would like to share what i'm leaving behind when my current pc goes out of service soon

You don't need to do anything at all. This will easily max any game for a long time. Don't worry about doing anything.

Your resolution is so low you are barely using 50% of the machines power. Get a 1080p monitor before anything.

an SSD is the single most positive piece of hardware that you can add to ANY system that will dramatically improve performance.

Yeah i was considering changing the Monitor first. The one i have is fine, but now that i can get more out of it, it would be silly not to try...

My current monitor is DVI only, would i be able to make usage of dual screens is i added a second HDMI 1080 monitor to my GPU?

Yes, but you would not game on 2 screens because they simply aren't meant for it. But you can easily run 2 monitors off a single GPU.
