PC shuts down after less than 30 mins or less.

My computer just "blinks of" after 30 mins or less, and ALWAYS when I try to play a video on U-Tube or watch Netflex. Sometimes I can log back on, sometimes it gives my a code/error in a blue screen telling me it has shut down. I checked all the fans running well and blew out all the dust, which was minimal. Can anybody tell me what to check/do next?
My knowledge is basic, so, be easy on me. Thanks in advance!

Demn .......... you need to download Hirens Boot CD - can you ?
http://www.hirensbootcd.org/download/
Burn on CD/DVD
Boot you PC from this CD/DVD
Start the Memtest86 from the menu
If you see any red errors you have faulty DDR RAM
if you have clean test reboot
Run the Hirens Boot Again > Dos programs > Hard Disk tools > MHDD
This is HDD test
Select you HDD - by the number on the detect menu and hit F4 till the test is running
Leave it to pass 100%
If there is no error or warningin the right lower corner you`r fine with the HDD

and this is basic testing !
