I've tried everything to resolve my intermittent wifi issue. Reset power settings, run with battery, run without battery, remove battery and reset, uninstalled and reinstalled, enabled and disabled wireless adapter, changed radio settings on router, manually input router settings into adapter properties. The wireless switch is on but the light goes off and on as wireless connects and disconnects. Now hooked up via ethernet. I think it is an issue with Vista and my Intel Pro/Wireless3945ABG adapter but as yet have been unable to find a permanent solution. This started happening several months ago out of the blue. Help??? Thank you.

Yes, just did it a couple of days ago at the same time checked all the settings on my router, although it's working on everything else in the house. And the wireless light came on and stayed on, everything fine until I shut down the laptop and the light was gone when I turned laptop back on. and here we go again

Thank you very much... I'll take it in as I'm not comfortable taking my laptop apart to the extent necessary to check the wireless card cable; however, I had a new keyboard installed recently (wireless problem happened before, worked the whole time it was out) but the technician said if he missed something he'd repair free as included with previous repair. Hopefully you have saved me some $$$$$! Any other suggestions before I make the walk of shame and admit defeat?
