Solution

When inserting a gpu or anything else I would shut down everything, turn off the power switch, remove the power-cord from the power supply, press start to make sure no electricity is inside, grab both hand on a metal piece, then begin to work.

The reason i burned my ramstick was because of a failed attempt of installing it. It corrupted a bunch of my files and wouldnt let me boot. I was scared to put it back in.
