Hello, about 1 and a half years ago, I added a second GTX 570 to my machine with absolutely no trouble until yesterday. After running it for a long day, a clicking sound began to develop that sounded like it was coming from the card. Today, after closer inspection, I pinpointed that it was coming from the new-er card and decided to dust it off while it was still in the case. There are no wires bumping it and there is no dust on the blades. When turning the fans to 85%, the clicking sound intensifies. The sound will lessen up and then come back every 30 seconds or so. It is out of warranty (I think), but I have not yet taken it out of the case. What should I do?

Hey Luna

The clicking sound is being caused most likely from your GPU's fan, as you may have assumed originally. If it is not wires being hit from the fan, it could be a sticker that's on most NVIDIA GPU's.I a problem similar to yours with my GTX 560 ti and it had a piece of its sticker hitting the fan.
