First, it will depend on whether your Lenovo is the slim line or the std case. If it is the slim line, the card won't physically fit.
Then you need to check the make and model of the power supply in it. In particular the rating of the +12V rail. It should be on the PSU's nameplate. But I really doubt it will have enough PSU to power that card with its requirement of 2 x 6 pin PCIe aux power connectors.
