Cheapest GPU To Get The Job Done?

Hey Guys!

I'm trying to edit Full HD videos, and the obvious bottleneck is my graphics. I have a Xeon CPU and 8 GB of RAM (I'm only editing 3-4 Minute Videos, that can't be a problem) and an ancient Radeon 6450. I'll be building a high end system very soon though (i7 4930k, 780 ti, 16 GB RAM) so I need to know a cheap way around this problem. What is a good, cheap (~$100-$200) GPU option that will suffice to playback, render, and preview full HD video? I was considering a GTX 650 ti Boost so I could do some gaming too, but I was wondering if there was any better option.

I'm leaning towards nVidia for this one, just for the CUDA feature and ShadowPlay. The software I'm using (Pinnacle Studio 17 Ultimate) has full support for CUDA.

Any advice is appreciated!

Thanks!
