can only connect to land cannot connect to internet through Comcast with Windows Vista laptop

I am trying to connect to the internet but I can't with my laptop. my phone and ps3 connect to the internet but my laptop want to. my laptop will connect to the internet on other routers just not this router. I flushed DNS cache. I've released IP configuration I don't know what else to do.

I don't know what that means. I've connected the cord directly to the router to my laptop. I've also connected the cord from the modem to my laptop and neither seem to work. I can't get the internet any which way I try.
