how much power a motherboard needs ? mobo: Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2PT

hello firends,
i just wanna know how much power this (Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2PT) will take with amd athlon ii 270 ?
i'm going to buy a power supply for it.
it will be basic pc no gaming at all.
450w will be okay ?

please help !

No GPU? 450W is more than enough.

i was just afraid because on the gigabyte site there is written like if you wont have enough power then your system may generate problems.

Athlon II 270 has a TDP of 65W, together with the MB it'd be around 110W. I don't think that all the components together will draw more than 200W, but just to be sure go with 300W or over.
