I have a MSI FM2-A75MA-E35, with a White Enermax Hoplite ST Mid Tower Computer Case, Integrated 3-Step Fan Speed Controller, Front USB 3.0, w/ Dual 120mm Fans, P/N: ECA3261-W. I installed the lasted Mobo Drivers, and my front USB 3.0 jack won't read at all, no power or anything. My back two USB 3.0 inputs will work with USB 2.0 devices but I tried plugging in my USB 3.0 External HDD and nothing it won't read. Is there anyway to fix this?

Solution
Do you have any yellow splats on the USB devices in Device Mgr.? If not my only suggestion is to uninstall all USB devices, including hubs and controllers, and reboot to let Windows redetect and re-install all USB hardware/software.

Have you checked if it's a error with the port it's self? Try putting something other than the External HDD to see if it works. When you where working with it was it in tact? Is it brand new and could it be faulty hardware? Sorry that this is limited this was all I could come up with.

Um, i'll see if I can find another device that uses USB 3.0, All I have with me is the External HDD, both the back outlets don't recognize the ExHDD. I'm on Windows 8.1 if that matters at all. I tried another case and nothing wrong with that, so it can be the Mobo has a faulty port, but I bought it brand new. I mean I don't mind the back two USB 3.0 ports not working with other USB 3.0 but i'm extremely concerned about the front USB 3.0 not working. I looked up solutions and fixes, and they said to install all the drivers for my Mobo, and Update Bios which I did but still nothing.

Yeah it sounds like a faulty mobo but i'm not the strongest at the hardware aspect of things. I strongly advise waiting for more input from more knowledgeable form members.
