League of legends is not a very demanding game so a mid range PC will be totally enough for you, FX 6300, a popular budget build CPU that has 6 cores and all the power you currently need. If you need more later get a nice CPU cooler, some case fans and overclock away (though the motherboard might be a bit weak for that, since you don't need any extra performance from your CPU for just League of Legends I decided to go for something that doesn't handle an overclock very well but is still nice enough on the features to fit your bill)

For motherboards you get what you pay for, this one is cheap and cannot handle an overclock, but has enough features for the average person.

Graphics card is a steal, it's actually only 110 after MIR on newegg, and is a very good MSI twin frozr model, one of the most popular and best models around. an HD 7850 is also enough to run LoL on max any day, and can actually handle newer games on lower settings pretty well too, one of the best bang for your buck cards today.

RAM is standard, 8Gb 1600 Mhz, you won't need to upgrade this if you want to push more out of your PC.

1 TB storage is standard

Power Supply is a solid Corsair entry level unit, do not go cheap on the power supply, if you do you might fry your whole computer if something goes wrong.

Case is cheap but it's a solid build, it has no bells and whistles so every penny goes towards features and design, a solid case for the price and will serve you well even if you want to upgrade.

I could've pushed it down to about 500 dollars, your price range minimum, to save you some money, but honestly I think the extra expenses for some of these parts are very worth it, and this build has a lot of room to upgrade in the future if you decide you need a stronger PC
