Hello,

I'm upgrading to either a 7870 or 650 Ti Boost soon and, based on the power supply calculator, will need around 450W if I did it right.
However, my model: HP m9510f Desktop has a smaller tower than modern ones, at 7" x 15.5 x 16.6" (17.8 x 39.4 x 42.2cm)- Width, Height, Length. I am not familiar with PSU vs case dimensions, so I would like a recommendation for a compatible unit.

So it won't be harmful to have 50-100 more Watts than needed?

Hi, sorry to bother again. That unit went out of sale right away.
However, if you can check, I managed to find the following: fhttp://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

I noticed that it's slighter larger, and doesn't have a 1x6-Pin like your recommended model. My motherboard is using PCI-e 1.1 if that's relevant.
