Best thing you could do is to find a cheap case on ebay or craigslist and see if it will fit. Then go from there. Since blackfriday is coming up I am sure you could find something.

Most pre built rigs do not have a removable IO Shield so that is something you should look at first. If yours does you might be able to get the motherboard to fit into a standard case. Since the link you posted does not show the back side I can't answer that for you. But you should be able to tell if you take a look at the back. If the IO Shield is part of the back case instead of a separate piece that can be removed that would be a problem. Because even if you could get the motherboard to fit into a different case you would have no IO Shield and have alot of open space in the back.

From the looks of it, It does. The only way you can tell is to take your motherboard out or to just look at it your self. The only real problem you may have after that is if the motherboard will fit into another case.
