no video out put or sound from my mother board

I recently started building my new computer

the parts i am using is
7870 radieon diamond
T4 hyper coolermaster
FX 6300
2x sticks of 4gb of ballistix ram
970a-ud3p motherboard
TR2 600w power supply

i just replaced the mother board because the last one had a beep and 4 continous after on a M5a97 R.0

Plz help me, i'm not getting any audio and i cant tell if it's posting

i have a case speaker and i ran through all your steps still no video or beep, can a video card or processer keep it from beeping?

Well the beep codes are error beeps so if you start with motherboard and CPU it will beep if no ram, add ram and it will beep if no GPU, add gpu and no beeps most likely bad GPU if no display and everything connected right. As well try with one stick of ram at a time. If it is not beeping at all with out ram or GPU then you have a bad motherboard

i took the gpu out no beeps does that mean it's the cpu, ram or mother board.

i tried the taking the ram out and it beeped does that mean the cpu is good?
also i replaced the mother board same issue no vis so it has to be the cpu or the gpu right if the board is making a beep?

It means that the board recognizes that no ram is installed but it fails to detect that no GPU is installed which points to board problem.
