my computers didnt turn-off help me plz

Hi guys i have a big problem. (sry for my english)
i have asus gtx550ti with 500w ps (coolermaster Elite 500!) and corsair Vengeance 1600 8gb dual ram and Sabertooth z77 samsung 120gb SSD and cooler master elite x6 cooler with i3 2100 cpu and its works fine but i have a little issues. im using windows8 pro, if i using shutdown didnt turn off why ? maybe its broken or bug of windows 8 or ssd i think

im reinstalling windows 8 and tried, restart motherboard with MEMOK button and that problem is didnt fixed well wtf is it ? help me pls

it a bios bug. turn off the pc with the power switch and then pull power from the wall and let the power good led on the mb go out. take the cmos clear jumper and clear your cmos. then update the bios to the newest rev. (if your already using it your fine) it a bios bug that happens with asus mb. on powering back up safe the mb defaults and save and reboot go into windows and then shut down. if the mb shuts down fine go back into the bios and set the ram back to xmp profile.

i tried but its didnt work i think and how can i remove cmos battery and where can i find cmos battery sabertooth had Thermal Armor

i plugoff power supplies and turn it on using power button but its black screen or powered on 5 sec or 10 sen and restarted automatically and what is this ?

that the mb setting the ram timing after you cleared the cmos. go into the bios set it to default. then go into ai tuner and set the ram to xmp profile. the battery under the thermal armor. look at page 2-14 the clear cmos jumper next to power good led.

ok i tried to set it up to 1600mhz for using XMP Profile but its still didnt turnoff already...

finally i didnt understand that book because that nook/ manual is writted in china. can u show somehing in video or image ?

the white jumper next to the green led. is the cmos jumper move it over to the other two pins with the power off for a few min to clear the cmos.

well i fixed it memory OK succeesfully i got that messege but its not fixed i think if i used restarting its long time (10 sec) turned off and restarting automatically after 10 sec
