I currently have a 650 watt psu, and a GTX 650 which I want to use for physx with a 770 (don't have 770 yet). I also have an i5 4670k and 4 2gb sticks of ddr3. Will my PSU be able to handle this? Thanks.
A 650 would make an excellent dedicated PhysX card for your 770. It's only when you pair a 770 with a much lower level card would you see a slow down. A 650 is actually pretty good and will do more than give you a few extra FPS, more like a 10%-25% performance boost depending on the game. Just make sure you're actually playing GPU accelerated PhysX games fairly frequently.

Dedicated physx cards always turn out to just be bottlenecks. I advise against it.

Couldn't I get a few extra FPS?
to be honest not really. now if you had a 770 with a 760 that might be better but pairing a much slower gpu with a much faster one tends to hold the faster one back even for physx only.

Thanks! Can I reselect best answer XD
Of course you can.
How?
There should be a button right where you selected Best Answer that says "Unselect Current Solution".
I did it for you.
