I just want to know the highest settings I can go to, and get comfortable frames, without dipping under 30 for each of them. I would like to game on 60 fps though, just give me a rundown of what I can do.

Solution

The performance difference between single and dualchannel aren't that big that it's absolutely necessary to go for the latter.
I would like to go for dualchannel, but than i will go higher than his budget.

he's on a budget.
I'd like to put a better in,but i think the gpu is more important. It supports the FX 6300 and it should do fine than.
Arkger shouldn't be overclocking with it,but i assume he understands that.

for this system it will do fine

The evga out of your build is better?

In the end it's a budget build. You have to make do with that budget and get the most out of it.I think i did.

Oké,i did some...

for about the same price as the original but with a hd 7870,i had to choose a different case for that.

If you want to stick to the hd 7850 (and why?) there is a better/cheaper one,
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/msi-video-card-r7850twinfrozr2gd5oc
at least choose the next one to power it,

What is your maximum budget?

My budget is 450, can't go above that.

I like your choice of the 7870!

Do you know when Black friday sales are going to kick in? Perhaps it could bring the price of some of these components down.

You could than upgrade the cpu, like this,

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/28hsd

you could always upgrade the ram later with another 4gb stick.

I'm not familiar with that,i'm dutch.Maybe iceclock knows.(it seems he does :D )

Oké,i did some reading about the evga unit and i'm happy with that. For a few dollars over budget you could get 8gb ram in dualchannel in the build,
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/28iyx
that would still leave the motherboard, but hey a nice budget build i think.
