Or are there any other cases you would recommend for my price range? $40-60. I'm looking for a case with good cooling and decent aesthetics.

There's a lot of things that go into the perfect PC case. A lot of which is personal preference. But one thing I always look for is how much room there appears to be behind the MB tray for cable maintenance. The Raidmax looks to have the most room and therefore would make the best looking finished results... inside. If you look at the pic of the rear of the case, you'll see there is more space beyond the I/O plate which represents nearly the back of the MB.

If you care about the finished appearance of your build and keeping air flow at its maximum, you will want to give some consideration to hiding as many of the cables behind the MB tray as possible. Modular PSU, or not. Remember, there are SATA data cables, FP cables, as well as one or more SATA power daisy chains to hide along with the 2 MB cables.
