Pretty simply put, looking to spend as little as possible.
REALLY want a 4-core CPU with minimum of 2.5GHz and 4Gbs of RAM.
Any suggestions?

Not sure how well It will work but I tried. $250 is not a really good budget for a decent gaming PC
