32 inch 1080p vs 27 inch 1440p?

As the title says, which one is worth it more? The 1080p is much less money maybe 100-200 dollars less but is 1440p worth it? I am planning on getting a R9-290 thanks for answer!

if you're getting a r9-290 i'd get the 1440p... it's really stupid overpowered for 1080p. Heck you could argue it's overpowered for 1440p. That's one serious gpu.

Just make sure the response rate of the monitor is 5ms or less... a lot of those larger monitors tend to have poor response rates.
