Hey so I found a pretty good deal on a desktop and monitor bundle that I am planning to buy.

Do you guys here at Tom's think i should get this bundle?

Here are some of my interests in computers:
1. Casual Gaming; I do NOT like to play computer games for the best graphical performances. I just want a computer that can get me playing games at around medium settings with no issues and I believe this computer can do it for me. I have read that an 8gb RAM and Core i5 are good for gaming, is this correct? (Sorry I am not too tech savvy, this is why I am coming to you all who have lots of computer experience and knowledge.) I know the graphics card on this machine is not too great, but I am willing to upgrade to a better one if need be. Some of the games I like to play are League of Legends, the Battlefield series, and MMO's like WoW and Guildwars. Would this computer cater to my gaming needs?
2. Browsing/surfing the internet; I like to look at sites like reddit, youtube, and various forums. Would this computer do all of that for me and allow me to multitask easily?
3. Using basic microsoft programs; Stuff like Microsoft word, paint, powerpoint is what I'll mainly be using. I need it for school and other simple tasks that may come up.
4. New Monitor; This bundle comes with a new monitor and at a pretty good deal for the size. I could really use a new monitor, my current one is iffy at best and it would be bigger too. Definitely a nice upgrade!

Ok Tom's here is the link: http://www.bestbuy.com/site/gateway-dx4885-ub3a-desktop-21-5-lcd-monitor-package/9999213900050003.p?id=pcmprd212800050003&skuId=9999213900050003&childSku=1747384&count=1#productdetail

What do you think? Would it cater to all of the needs that I have listed here? NOTE: Many of you probably want to encourage me to build my own computer to save money and whatnot, but to be honest I don't really have lots of time on my hands to learn how and make it happen. I would eventually like to learn how to build my own PC, but for right now i'm looking for something fairly cheap, yet efficient that can satisfy me.

Thanks for taking the time to read this post, and thanks for any answers you may give! If I posted this in the wrong thread section, could someone please tell me a good place to repost this?

Again thank you all!

The graphics
The unknown PSU
The typical default software that needs to be gotten rid of

It will work. At that price point, it is often better to buy vs build.
If we assume $100 each fixed price for monitor and Windows OS, that leaves $400 for the PC. Pretty hard to build a better PC for $400.
Just don't expect too much from it.

And don't look to 'upgrade' this thing. When you need more....replace.

Ok cool, thanks for the reply! What aspect of it are you referencing to that will only make it "mostly work"? The weaker graphics card or something else?
