I was wondering could this cooler: http://www.acmemicro.com/Product/13102/Intel-LGA1150-LGA1156-LGA1155-%28-Xeon-E3-3400-core-i3-i5-i7%29-CPU-heatsink-+-fan-for-1U-server?gclid=CKn_2OmG_7oCFfE7OgodEy8A-w Could I go up to 4.4GHz with this cooler on an i5 4670k? Or should I get one more of high quality?

The Corsair H100/H100i are also quite good but they are more expensive and louder than a good air cooler although they perform a bit better.
How about this cooler: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?gclid=CJW4gbuhgbsCFYtQOgodLQMAUg&Item=N82E16835103057&nm_mc=KNC-GoogleAdwords&cm_mmc=KNC-GoogleAdwords-_-pla-_-CPU+Fans+%26+Heatsinks-_-N82E16835103057&ef_id=UpPzugAABMwP4gwB:20131126010633:s
The similarly priced Hyper 212 Evo performs better. Those were great coolers for Sandy Bridge. Even for Ivy Bridge it was decent. It's better than stock for Haswell but if you want higher 4.3-4.5Ghz clocks with a Haswell CPU you need high end cooling.
The Phanteks comes in different colors.
