Try running without the battery, then try a new power supply. If both of those don't work try to reset the system by taking out the battery, unplugging it from wall power and holding in the power button for about 30 seconds, try again. That works in several brands of laptops to reset things a bit and may help you boot.
If none of those work, you need to have someone check the motherboard and/or the power circuit connections.
