i download sim 3 on my window 8 but i cant find it where can ii find it

pls help i downloaded it but i cant find it on my windows 8 even i search up ad down and redownload it i still cant find it can someone tell me how and where can i find it

At your Start Screen type Sims 3 and see what comes up in Apps or Settings, Files even..
