Please don't bump posts. Just be patient ;)

I can't find much about it. I see people saying it's a Delta but I can't find anything to verify that. If it is a Delta it should be decent quality.

You want to overclock the GTX 670? It should be fine.

HP does not make power supplies they buy them from a company that does and put their name on them. Quite a few companies do this even in the aftermarket. Like Corsair. A brand you may have heard of. They don't really make anything they just have products made to their specs by companies that do the actual manufacturing.

So Delta is a power supply manufacturer known for making very solid units for the OEMs like HP and Dell. They also make some of the better Antec units. If that model was manufactured by Delta it should be a decent unit where as if it came from a different lower quality manufacturer it might not be trust worthy.

Is there any way to figure out who manufactured it?

From what I can tell online Delta made it. I'm about 99% sure. I found 2 different posts saying that.

If it didn't have sufficient power it would probably just crash and not hurt anything.
